Where are you located?

We are mobile, our team of artists travel to your desired location.  Currently we do not have a studio location.

How far in advance do I book my wedding?

We tend to book up fairly quick, especially during the summer months.  We strongly recommend to place your deposit as soon as you can to secure your spot and avoid any disappointment.  We do have a great cancelation policy should you change your mind.

Can I book a trial prior to my wedding?

Absolutely!  We will ensure that the artist you are scheduled with is available on your wedding day.  As long as the trial is within 1 month from the initial booking, we will hold your wedding date up to 10 days after the trial session.

How far in advance should I book my trial?

You are welcome to book at anytime.  We recommend between 1 to 4 months in advance.

How do I prepare for my trial?

For a makeup trial.  We recommend to prep the skin with your daily skin care regime and exfoliate at least 2 days before.  On the day of the trial please be ready with  a clean, moisturized face.   For a hair trial, we recommend to wash your hair the day before and apply minimal conditioner and hair oils/serum.  Be sure to blow-dry your hair with a brush and avoid putting your hair in a tight ponytail.

How much time is needed for a trial run?

A makeup or hair trial session may take up to approximately 2 hrs. depending on the look.  For both makeup and hair trial, please allocate at least 3.5 hours. 

How far do you travel?

We travel as far as 3.5 hours away from Toronto.  However, travel fee and accomodation may apply.

How much time is allocated on wedding day?

We schedule 45 minutes per makeup or hair service per person and 1 to 1.5 hr.  per makeup or hair service for the bride.

Can I request my artists?

Absolutely!  If the artist you requested is available for both the trial session and on the wedding day, we will certainly accommodate your request.  

What is your cancelation policy?

We require a minimum 2 months notice for a full refund minus any completed services (ie. trial session, purchase of hair extensions etc.. ).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept e-transfer and credit card payments.  No cash or cheques.  All payments are due 1 week prior to your event.
